Phase One — Consultation & Proposal
We invite you to begin by reviewing our "Wedding Guide" and "Crave 2026 Wedding Menu" collections to familiarize yourself with our service approach. Next schedule a consultation using the form below to discuss your guest count, venue logistics, preferred service style, menu direction, staffing structure, and budget considerations. Following our discussion, you will receive a custom proposal outlining your selected menu, service format, staffing requirements, and overall investment.
Phase Two — Booking & Confirmation
Once your menu direction and projected guest count are confirmed, we will proceed with the service agreement and deposit to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are secured only upon receipt of both the signed agreement and deposit, and are confirmed on a first-received basis due to seasonal demand.
Phase Three — Finalization & Coordination
In the final phase leading up to your wedding, we focus on detailed coordination and confirmation. We reconfirm your final guest count, service timeline, staffing structure, and venue logistics to ensure precision on event day. Tastings for confirmed clients are conducted during this stage to refine and finalize menu selections, with fees outlined in your agreement. Final balance and adjustments are processed according to the terms of your contract.
