How It Works

Phase One — Consultation & Proposal

We invite you to begin by reviewing our "Wedding Guide" and "Crave 2026 Wedding Menu" collections to familiarize yourself with our service approach. Next schedule a consultation using the form below to discuss your guest count, venue logistics, preferred service style, menu direction, staffing structure, and budget considerations. Following our discussion, you will receive a custom proposal outlining your selected menu, service format, staffing requirements, and overall investment.

Phase Two — Booking & Confirmation

Once your menu direction and projected guest count are confirmed, we will proceed with the service agreement and deposit to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are secured only upon receipt of both the signed agreement and deposit, and are confirmed on a first-received basis due to seasonal demand.

Phase Three — Finalization & Coordination

In the final phase leading up to your wedding, we focus on detailed coordination and confirmation. We reconfirm your final guest count, service timeline, staffing structure, and venue logistics to ensure precision on event day. Tastings for confirmed clients are conducted during this stage to refine and finalize menu selections, with fees outlined in your agreement. Final balance and adjustments are processed according to the terms of your contract.

Event Day — Execution

Sit back, relax, and fully enjoy your wedding with your guests while we manage the execution, ensuring a seamless wedding catering in Vancouver experience from start to finish. These placements naturally include:

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered boards from here for a celebration of life and they were really good! A number of people commented on how much they enjoyed the food and the boards looked beautiful. They were delivered right on time too. It was a difficult time for me, dealing with a loss, and I so appreciated their kind patience and helpful support in placing the order. I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Crave to cater lunch on a recent commercial shoot. The cast and crew were very happy with the taco bar options, everything was delicious, good portions, quick and easy setup. Communication leading up to the shoot was very clear and timely. Would definitely reccommend Crave for any film production or event catering needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently used Crave Catering for our school event of 40 people, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Their team was incredibly responsive and flexible in accommodating a last-minute additional order, which we really appreciated.

We ordered individually lunch boxes. The sandwich lunches were fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully packaged. Everything arrived neatly organized and in great condition, making setup very easy. The quality of the food and overall presentation exceeded our expectations.

This was our first time using Crave Catering, and we would definitely recommend them for any event. We look forward to working with them again!
